House Rules
No Smoking anywhere on the premises, not in the house, on the terrace or in the gardens.
Do not move any furniture in the Bedrooms without asking first.
Always wear a shirt when sitting on a leather chair, leather recliner or leather sofa.
Kindly ensure that there is a responsible adult in the room while the Fire (in the Fire Place) is burning.
Please put the Crockery, Cutlery, Pans and Kitchen Equipment back in the same place you took them from. Take some photos if you find it hard to remember.
Pets are allowed only with specific permission, and on the condition that when you leave it is not possible to see that a pet has been there.
After you have moved in :
- kindly note any damages that you observe, and send me an e-mail
- kindly check the gas, electricity and water meters, and send me an e-mail
Just before you move out :
- in case you happen to damage anything during your stay, kindly send me an e-mail when you move out
- kindly check the gas, electricity and water meters, and send me an e-mail
- turn off the Water Heater (Warmwasserbereitung) and the Central Heating (Zentralheizung) by closing the Gas Tap
